Permitting
The permitting for your home is part of our home building process. We handle the permitting from start to finish and coordinate with local building departments to ensure your project is completed to code.

The Home Building Process
We pride ourselves on what we do and how we do it. With full transparency, straightforward conversations and no fuss communication, we simplify the home building process in 4 easy steps. Whether you are ready to start the home building process now, have a timeline in mind or are just exploring your options, we want to hear from you.
1 | Meet & Greet
Your vision is our blueprint. Simply fill out the free consultation request form below and we will reach out to schedule a meeting. You know your home, and we know home building. Start by telling us the basics, but feel free to include details about your goals, expectations, lifestyle, timeline, budget and anything else that is important to your build. The more information you can provide, the better, but we will have plenty of time to get to know you and your vision throughout our process.
2 | Estimate Project
Once we have the information we need, we will draft a quote. Our estimator is based on fair market values to ensure we deliver a quote you can trust. Depending on your preference, we can sign a pre-construction contract to lock in rates or wait until after the planning and drawing phase for more flexibility.
3 | Plan, Draw & Prepare
When the quote is approved, then we move into planning and drawing. At this time we will prepare for construction by selecting your finishings, like cabinets, countertops, appliances, lighting, fixtures, tiles and accessories. We will also work together to build a timeline.
4 | Build Your Home
Then comes the time to build your home. Home building, remodeling, renovating, restoring and repairing should be an exciting time in your life with memorable moments to look back on for years to come. We plan with you to ease the process. We recognize that the space we are building in is your home, so we take careful consideration to minimize daily life interference and create comfort.
